The Customer Advocacy Group is a proactive forum for consultation, engagement and insight across Essential Energy’s customer base, on any matters relating to the supply of electricity and associated services.

The group consists of representatives and customers who are members of regional organisations or are active members of their communities who reside within Essential Energy’s distribution area and can provide feedback and advise on electricity network distribution topics relevant to the communities/organisations they represent.

  • People from non-English speaking backgrounds
