Alternatively, if you have a complaint about Essential Energy’s customer service then please contact 13 23 91.

  • - The Chief Executive Officer is obliged to report matters to the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) where he reasonably suspects that a public official has, is, or will be engaged in corrupt activity. If the activity amounts to a criminal offence it will also be referred to the police. Activities amounting to maladministration may be referred to the NSW Ombudsman, and activities amounting to serious and substantial waste may be referred to the NSW Auditor-General.
