The recruitment process for our Graduate Program involves five steps. Here is what you need to know about each step.

Step one – Online application and assessment

The first thing you will need to do is complete an online application, including uploading a copy of your up-to-date resume and cover letter*. You will receive an email with a link to complete the online assessment phase of the application process. Applications will close Wednesday 27 March 2024.

Step two – Virtual interview

Once advertising closes, and to help us get to know you better, you will be invited to attend a short one-on-one virtual zoom interview with a key stakeholder(s) related to the position. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you have. Interviews will be held in mid April 2024.

Step three – Assessment day

This stage of the application process will help you get to know us a little better. You will participate in several activities and have the opportunity to have face-to-face discussions with various key stakeholders. Assessment days will be held in Port Macquarie in early May 2024.

Step four – Pre-employment checks

Before joining our team, you will be required to complete pre-employment checks, including ID and qualification check(s), as well as a pre-employment medical. Pre-employment checks will commence mid May 2024.

Step five – Offer

You will receive a congratulatory phone call if you are successful, followed by an email with your formal offer.
