Important – photo requirements
Clear photos of every meter at your premises are required to validate your self-read.
Each image must:
- Show the meter reading and meter number clearly
- Be legible and free from glare or obstruction
- Be taken on the same date as your submitted reading.

If photos are missing, unclear, or incomplete, your submission may be treated as substituted data, which may impact your billing accuracy.
