We've engaged an independent and accredited research agency, Instinct and Reason, to undertake customer research on our behalf.
Instinct and Reason will be conducting one-on-one virtual interviews with a selected number of Essential Energy customers and you have been identified as a valuable stakeholder in this research project.
To ensure your confidence, Instinct and Reason will be conducting the research and recruiting participants on our behalf.
Why participate?
This is your chance to share your experiences and perspectives as a customer - and help guide how Essential Energy improves its services, communication, and support going forward.
What’s involved?
- A 60-minute interview via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, at a time that suits you.
- Interviews will be held from late-August onwards.
- As a thank you for your time, you’ll receive a $100 token of appreciation, which you can choose to receive in as an e-gift card or donate to a registered charity of your choice.

- All responses are confidential, anonymous and used only for research purposes.
