Asset Inspector Trainee Recruitment Process

The recruitment process for our Asset Inspector Trainee Program involves four steps. Here is what you need to know about each step.

Step one – Online application and assessments

The first thing you will need to do is complete an online application, including uploading a copy of your up-to-date resume and cover letter*.

You will then receive an email with a link to complete the online assessment phase of the application process.

Applications for our Trainee Asset Inspector Program open on 17 April and close on 15 May 2023.

Step two – Assessment day

This stage of the application process will help you get to know us a little better. You will participate in several assessment activities on the day and have the opportunity to have face-to-face discussions with various key stakeholders.

Assessment days will take place in early June 2023.

Step three – Pre-employment checks

Before joining our team, you will be required to complete pre-employment checks, including reference checks, working rights and national police check, as well as a pre-employment medical.

These checks will take place from approximately mid-June 2023 onwards.

Step four – Offer

You will receive a congratulatory phone call if you are successful, followed by an email with your formal offer.

This will occur late June to early July 2023.
